Alright, so since life is about to get a little hectic for at least the next month, I figured it would be a good idea to try and find some mods, to help out and take off some pressure off, so the site stays just as wonderful! We’ll be looking for two or three, just to cover the little things.

There are a few important things we look for in potential staff members;
- Active. We’d like you to be on everyday, even just if it’s to pop in, and be able to commit a good few hours a week to do adminly things
- Friendly. We at LMCI like our staff to be open and friendly, to make members feel welcome.
- Comfortable with proboards. Normally I don’t mind lack of experience and am willing to teach, but it’s a time thing. At this point I really need someone who knows the ins and outs of it all.
- Some initiative. Due to my time-zone, I may not always be on when you are, and so i’m looking for someone who will see something that needs doing, like updating a claim, and just do it. I also may leave lists of things that need doing, and while I don’t expect you to do them, they are mainly for me to know what’s got to be done, it would be amazing if you had a free moment and did one of the things on the list.

Basically, your responsibilities will be simply to update claims, link back, advertise and review applications. However we would love any ideas you have to offer on how to run the site, events, competitions and anything else you have to offer. Basically, we don’t want you to just be minions, but valued team members.

WHO: Mandy, 19
WHAT: claim updates, member group changing, moving bios, creating boards if needed, general stuff
WHEN: well I live in the USA Eastern time but I am up at all hours of the day so all the time actually I always have a tab open and refresh when I get up in the morning and check pms threads, etc.
WHY: well I like helping out when needed. I am really friendly and easy to get along with and will do something as soon as I see it needs done. I regularly check the claims anyways out of curiosity and see who plays who and all that.
WHERE: well I owned my own site and though it never really got active it allowed me to play with and learn the stuff that admins do. I learned to do most of the stuff to be a helper or even mini mod with certain limits that would still help you guys out.

WHAT: coding, graphics, general proboards knowledge, grammar and punctuation, flow, beta-ing, advertising, etc.
WHEN: i'm in EST, and I'm in school, but my schedule allows me a lot of time. A LOT of time.
WHY: I have time on my hands, and I'm looking for a project in which to invest it. From the moment I saw this site, I was interested in joining it and also in being a part of helping it grow.
WHERE: I've admined many sites before. Most of them are closed now, and deleted, but all have been proboards and most have been HP. 1//2
