Friends
They are nice. Viktor should have a few, 'cause otherwise, he'd be lonely. Other Quidditch players have an advantage, but it's not as if he only associates with them.
Lovers
Yeah, whatever you can think of here. Viktor's a pretty moral kid, but that's not to say he doesn't slip up every now and then.
Enemies
They've probably offended him somehow. He's been known to hold a grudge. Maybe they hate him? I dunno.

Oliver would likely want to get to know Krum - pick his brain a bit. I can see them becoming good friends, purely because they both have a love for the game. Heck, Oliver might try to convince him to play for Puddlemere...
