It's George Weasley, what is there to say? Nothing much has really changed since the downfall of Voldemort. He's still as cheery and happy-go-lucky as usual... or, at least, it's what he wants others to think. The room that had been Fred's in the brothers' flat above the shop has been left untouched. George has only gone in there once for only seconds before having to leave. He's still very depressed about Fred's death, and has kind of broke himself off from old friends unintentionally. He still speaks to his family, of course, but he visits them and it's hardly ever the other way around, as he doesn't want anyone to see the mess his living quarters has become.
Simply put, George feels like there's something missing (other than his ear) and he's having a hard time adjusting. He's been recently getting a little better and becoming social again, but it's definitely been taking time. Obviously immediately after Fred's death, George was a wreck, but after about six months he put on the 'everything's back to normal' facade for his family.
This probably means a lot of reformed relationships, and potentially different relationships with family members. He needs absolutely everything, so give me your ideas!

I always imagined these two being friends, to be completely honest. That being said, I sort of read this before I wrote my bio, and made the assumption drifting had happened. So that's good. Up for reconnection? I know no one will ever replace Fred (for any of us) but I think both of these fellows will be looking for best friends, and might just find them in each other.
