--- MANIPULATIVE ;; It is said that Casimir could talk his way out of any situation, and if he can't talk his way out of it, he can pay his way out of it. He's been known to win people over quite easily only to stab them in the back later on. If Cas wants something from you, he'll easily find a way to get it, and with his charms and manipulative skills, he'll get it in a timely fashion. Women have been known to fall in love with him daily only to get turned down after they've given him what he wants.
--- INDULGING ;; Cas does not understand the word 'no'. Equally, he doesn't understand 'too much'. If he's partying, he's going all out. If he's indulging in clothing, it has to be the best. If he's looking for a girl to take home, he'll be very selective, but he might even end up with a few. He spends and splurges on the highest quality of anything, though it doesn't affect his gringott's account much, and he loves asserting his wealth.

Casimir and his fraternal twin Camille were born in France to perhaps the most powerful wizarding family in the area. They helped to found Beauxbatons and helped to extend the dark arts into France. When the dark lord rose to power, they followed him, becoming both prominent and feared. Casimir's father, Augustin, had inherited the family fortune and married Cas's mother, Maryse just before she announced that she was pregnant. It was apparent that Maryse and Augustin had been in a physical relationship before he married her, but both families were respectable and powerful, so it was not discussed.
At a young age, Cas was bred to run the family businesses and fortune well, and to rise in the dark arts. His sister was trained to become a prominent lady, although the girl was always a bit unruly more rebellious that Cas had been. The family thrived under the dark lord, but when he fell, the family fled, fearing a revolt in France. They came to England and covered their tracks, but they couldn't help establishing themselves here. They were the exotic new breed that slurred in French and were as rich as ever. They were cultured, and the Brits loved them.
When the dark lord began to rise again, Cas's family jumped right on the showboat, as ready as ever to support, but only in monetary amounts this time. Casimir was told that he was free to fight, but he hesitated for much of the time, hardly involved in the plots. His sister was always very active, although there was not much for a woman to do. She followed in Bellatrix Lestrange's footsteps, like a younger trained version of the woman, and somewhat less crazy. They were alluring, these twins. They entered and left Hogwarts with a slew of admirers, and they liked it that way. Camille was perhaps the only female that Casimir truly cared about for the entire duration of his life.
When war broke out once more, Casimir was once more hesitant to jump in the fight, but he eventually followed Camille in, if only for her sake. They trained to stay together, to fight in a powerful pair. At some point in the chaos, they got separated for less that a minute. The last thing Cas remembers about that moment was that he saw Camille disappear. He did not witness Avada Kedavra, but he saw her disappear. When she was not found after the battle, it was assumed she was dead, and he became torn. He was more callous and guarded then ever, and could certainly be more cruel.
